Keep your contact information up-to-date when there is a change to your:
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
Follow this checklist to make sure you notify everyone who needs to know:
- The Trust Administrative Office: Update your contact information with the Trust Administrative Office at edge.zenith-american.com.
- Portland Public Schools: If you are an Active member, update your information with the District through Employee Self Service at selfservice.pps.net.
- Click on the Personal Details panel.
- On the left-hand side of the next screen, click Addresses.
- In the center of the screen, you will see the current address PPS has on file for you. Click on it.
- A pop-up screen will appear. Enter your new address information.
- Click Save.
NOTE: You must be in a PPS building and connected to the PPS Wi-Fi network to access selfservice.pps.net. - Your providers (medical, prescription, dental, vision. LTD, Life and AD&D): Log in to their websites to update your contact information.
