The legal name of this plan is the School District No. 1 Health and Welfare Trust. This handbook provides general information about the Trust to participants covered by a collective bargaining agreement between School District No. 1 and the Portland Federation of School Professionals (PFSP), District Council of Unions (DCU) and the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) who have elected to receive medical coverage from Kaiser or Providence.
