Medications purchased outside the United States are generally not covered. However, if you are enrolled in the Trust Indemnity Medical Plan (Regence) or Trust Preferred Provider Plan (Regence) and you need to purchase a prescription due to an urgent medical need while traveling outside the country, you may be reimbursed at the out-of-network level if the medication has FDA approval in the United States.
