You are covered under the Trust Prescription Drug Plan if you are a retired member of the Portland Federation of School Professionals (PFSP), District Council of Unions (DCU) or the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) bargaining unit covered by the Trust and enrolled in the one of the following Trust-provided medical plans:

If you are enrolled in the Kaiser Permanente HMO, prescription drug benefits are provided through Kaiser.
