The plan pays benefits for outpatient drugs or medicines prescribed by a professional provider. Benefits for inpatient (hospital) prescription drugs are covered by your medical plan. No benefits are payable for services for which the patient is not liable.

Under the Trust Prescription Drug Plan, you may fill prescriptions through the CVS Caremark retail pharmacy network or the mail order service.
