If you die while covered by the Trust, your eligible covered dependents — including your surviving spouse or domestic partner, your children, or your spouse's/domestic partner's children — will be covered for three additional months after your death at no cost to them. At the end of three months, any of your eligible covered survivors may elect to continue coverage on a self-pay basis. (See "Continuing Coverage on a Self-Pay Basis" for details.)
